At Eberlestock, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange unused items within 45 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and shipping zip code to begin the process.

• 2.
  Print Shipping Label

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
